Bug Priority Levels

When reporting a bug, you will be asked to select a priority level in the form.

Priority Description
P1 Critical system issue affecting business operations – requires immediate attention.
P2 Major issue impacting functionality, but a workaround is available.
P3 Minor issue or cosmetic bug with low operational impact.
